Beach Banquet

Intimately Silver Package

Starts at $999

The following package will include up to 25 hours of consultation services. This package is for the couple that requires help in certain areas and aspects of their wedding.  Gold and Platinum services may be added to this package for an additional hourly fee.

  • 2-hour initial consultation with couple (free consultation, not included in the package)

  • Timeline layout of the wedding from beginning to day-of-event

  • Budget creation and guidance for the entire event from beginning until day-of

  • Wedding design and ideas

  • Suggested Ideas for wedding-related gatherings/parties

  • Invite and R.S.V.P management ideas

  • Contract negotiation

  • Assist with couple and wedding party attire/accessories

  • Final meeting with couple week of the wedding

  • This package also includes final confirmations to ensure all is done in a timely manner and to perfection by all vendors.

Lover's Gold Package

Starts at $1599

The following package will include up to 40 hours of consultation services. This package is similar to the platinum package with a few exceptions.  It also covers all details to make their day truly memorable.

  • 2 hours initial consultation with couple (free consultation, not included in the package)

  • Timeline layout of the wedding from beginning to day-of-event

  • Budget creation and guidance for the entire event from beginning until day-of

  • Wedding design and ideas

  • Venue search and setup

  • Recommend/Acquire florist/caterer/photographer/d.j.

  • Planning of wedding-related gatherings/parties

  • Invite and R.S.V.P management

  • Contract negotiation

  • Subsequent in-person meetings with couple to be followed by unlimited email/phone updates

  • Assist with couple and wedding party attire/accessories

  • Transportation/accommodations for wedding party and couple

  • Prepare and Provide itinerary to vendors for day-of-event

  • Complete management services and coordination services on day-of-wedding ( up to 12 hours)

  • One meeting a week (1-hour block)

  • Final meeting with couple week of the wedding

    • This will include revising and collecting all the wedding favors

    • Place cards for tables

    • Guest book

    • Reception venue décor

The following package will include up to 50 hours of consultation services. This package is for the couple that wants guidance from beginning to end. It covers all details to make their day truly memorable.

  • 4-hour initial consultation with couple

  • Timeline layout of the wedding from beginning to day-of-event

  • Budget creation and guidance for the entire event from beginning until day-of

  • Wedding design and ideas

  • Venue search and setup

  • Recommend/Acquire florist/caterer/photographer/d.j.

  • Planning of wedding-related gatherings/parties

  • Invite and R.S.V.P management

  • Assistance with out-of-town guests gift bags and wedding favors

  • Contract negotiation

  • Subsequent in-person meetings with couple to be followed by unlimited email/phone updates

  • Assist with bride and bridesmaids attire/accessories

  • Locate and acquire officiate

  • Transportation/accommodations for bride/bridesmaids and out-of-town guests

  • Prepare and Provide itinerary to vendors for day-of-event

  • Complete management and coordination services on day-of-wedding ( up to 12 hours)

  • One meeting a week (1-hour block)

  • Final walkthrough with clients of sites month of wedding
